• Directly supervise 8 personnel assigned to include: scheduling assignments, coordinating with other work centers, maintaining personnel records and appraisals and maintaining technical proficiency for complex problems.
• Property Custodian responsible for over 2 million dollars of Air Force equipment.
• Responsible for work reports of shop production, costs, progress, and employee time and attendance records.
• Continuously seek ways to improve shop productivity, environment, reduce costs and recommend solutions to management.

1989-2000 U.S. Air Force Reserve Westover ARS, MA

Avionics Integrated Electronics Technician

• Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all avionics systems on 16 C-5 Aircraft assigned.
• Training Monitor for 12 reservists assigned to Avionics Squadron
• Maintained Supply account to track and identify problems that arose in the procurement, ordering, and return of aircraft avionic parts.

Avionics Guidance and Control Specialist

• Performed maintenance on all aircraft assigned while stationed at RAF Mildenhall UK and Castle AFB, CA.
• Promoted to Senior Airman 6 months early under below the zone Air Force Program
